  • Chicken and mushroom vol au vent

    Puff pastry case filled with tender chicken breast in a creamy white wine and mushroom sauce.

  • Potato and leek soup

    Cream of potato and leek soup with a fresh bread roll.

  • Turkey and ham

    Succulent roast turkey breast, herb stuffing and honey-glazed ham. With potato mash, roast potatoes, honey-glazed carrots, seasonal sprouts, cauliflower cheese and traditional gravy.

    Warm, rich sponge with finely chopped dates, covered in caramel sauce.

    Cream cheese filling with lemon zest on a buttery biscuit base.

When can I order?

Ordering opens on 8 November and closes at the end of the day on 13 December.

When and where do I pick up?

From The Síbín, around the back of Big Dave's on Ferguson St, Maroubra, on Christmas Eve (Thursday 24 December) between 7am and 11am.

How much is it?

$85 per person for three courses: a starter, the turkey and ham main, and a dessert. Extra sides are on the menu above.

Where does the $5 go?

$5 from every order goes to the Gambia GoFundMe, Big Dave's fundraiser for The Gambia.

Do I need to reheat it?

Yes. Reheating instructions will be posted here before Christmas.

Is there a kids' menu or gluten-free option?

Yes, both are on the way. Details will be here soon. Tell us about any allergies when you order.

Can I change my order?

Yes, up until orders close on 13 December. Call us with your order number and what you'd like to change.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Get in touch as soon as you can. Our cancellation and refund terms will be shown here before ordering opens.

What if I miss my pickup time?

Call us as soon as you know you'll be late and we'll do our best to sort you out on the day.
